The thing I love most about this quote is that it references something that is available to any one of us – a unique, personal offering that we can give of ourselves and to ourselves: a joyous, peaceful, love-filled, and wise life. For me, this state of being is something I seek profoundly and seriously, and I take joy in accompanying others as they also move towards it.

What To Expect At Your Visit
You will find a comfortable setting to explore the difficulties you are experiencing. From our first session, the relationship between you and I is central to your treatment, and I take it very seriously to ensure that we are working well together. I use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to challenge you to be an active participant in your quest to live a better life. Throughout therapy, we will explore, values, goals, mindfulness (present-centeredness), and thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back and those that may be motivating as well. Expect an experiential session where we will try out techniques and activities that you can carry forward into your daily life.
